Administrative
Position Summary:
Sterling Cleaning, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Operations Technician to perform routine administrative and operational support duties for our commercial and residential cleaning business. This is a full-time, permanent, on-site position located at our office in West Palm Beach, Florida.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process invoices, work orders, service logs, and internal documentation related to cleaning services.
• Maintain operational records, schedules, timesheets, and reports using spreadsheets and internal systems.
• Coordinate daily service schedules and routine operational workflows according to established procedures.
• Communicate with internal staff, vendors, and clients regarding supplies, schedules, and routine service matters in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Monitor inventory records for cleaning supplies and support supply tracking and ordering.
• Assist with compliance documentation, record organization, and internal administrative procedures.
• Perform all duties according to established company procedures.
Requirements/Minimum Requirements:
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Experience: 24 months of experience in administrative support roles.
• Special Skills: Ability to communicate in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.

Marble Restoration Technician
Position Summary:
The Marble Restoration Technician is responsible for grinding, honing, polishing, and sealing natural stone surfaces in high-end residential and commercial properties throughout Palm Beach County. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and pride in craftsmanship.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform diamond grinding, honing, and polishing on marble, travertine, limestone, and other natural stone surfaces
• Identify surface conditions and recommend appropriate restoration protocols
• Apply sealers, color enhancers, and protective coatings as needed
• Operate industrial floor machines, wet polishers, and related equipment safely
• Protect surrounding areas, furniture, and finishes before and during work
• Maintain equipment in clean and operational condition
• Communicate professionally with clients regarding scope and expected results
Requirements/Minimum Requirements:
• Prior experience in marble or natural stone restoration preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate heavy equipment
• Valid Florida driver’s license
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Palm Beach County
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Residential Cleaning Specialist
Position Summary:
The Residential Cleaning Specialist delivers high-standard cleaning services to luxury homes and condominiums across Palm Beach County. We are looking for detail-oriented professionals who take pride in their work and treat every home with care and respect.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Perform deep, recurring, and move-in/move-out cleaning services in private residences
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms to Sterling’s quality standards
• Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment for different surface types
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and report completed work accurately
• Treat client property, belongings, and privacy with care and discretion
• Communicate any concerns or special requests to the operations team
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Sterling Cleaning with integrity
Requirements/Minimum Requirements:
• Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day
• Reliable transportation to job sites across Palm Beach County
• English or Spanish communication skills
• Authorization to work in the United States.
